Consignment is the best of both buying and selling children's clothes. A consignment sale is an event where you can bring your children's outgrown or unused items and make money from selling them. Encores Consignment is your one-stop source for all your adult, home decor and children's needs and a great way to make money on things you can no longer use. It is a win-win situation for consignors and shoppers!
You can make money selling your discarded clothes, toys, furniture, etc. The hassle of advertising and displaying your items for sale is taken care of for you, and Encores will bring you a much higher price than garage sale prices. You will make 70% of the selling price, which you set yourself. Buy anything you need for your children at one-half to one-third of the retail prices. It’s also a great way for grandparents to get things to keep at their house for the grandkids. You will get a pass to the presale that is for consignors only, getting to shop before the general public. Since each consignor prices their own items, you will get first choice of the lower priced items!
Anything and everything for kids from infant to teen – including maternity. We have a large selection of clothing in every size, thousands of shoes and books, 20 toy tables, baby accessories of every variety, and our large floor area is filled with equipment such as strollers, furniture, and large outdoor toys. We have bedding, sports equipment, videos, and much more. You can find adult clothing for both men and women as well as items for your home such as decor, lawn & garden, kitchen items and more. Our long-time consignors know this is no exaggeration!

We accept cash, debit and credit cards issued by Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. There is a $1 processing fee for all credit/debit transactions.

Bring a large bag or something to help you carry all your selections.
Make a list of sizes and needed items before you come.
If you wish to purchase a large item, you can take off the white card and replace it with a SOLD tag which you can get from the door person. Put your name and phone # on the sold tag. Be careful not to lose the white card, and once you take off the card, you must buy it!
Be sure to check in both the boys and the girls for your sizes. We have lots of unisex items, such as Gap, Levi’s, etc.
Find a good light to sit under and carefully inspect everything you plan to purchase. We do our best at inspection, but cannot possibly catch everything. All sale are final.
As a consignor, you will get 70% of the selling price, and Encores will get 30%. There is a $18 participant’s fee that will be deducted from your check for consigning. We offer multiple methods to waive this consignor fee.

We generally recommend ½ to 1/3 of the retail price you paid for the item new, factoring in size and condition. We ask that you only bring items that are in excellent condition. We have a huge selection in the smaller sizes, so you may want to price toddler sizes less than ½ just to be sure it sells. Ask yourself "Would I buy what I'm bringing in at the price I am asking?" If you will be donating your items that don't sell, please consider letting them go half price. Getting half price for an item is better than getting nothing! You will bring all your items in and check in at the desk. Our worker will give you any instructions you need, and you’ll fill out all your paperwork, get your passes, etc. While you are doing paperwork, we will inspect your items. You will hang your clothing on the proper rack. Our toy/equipment inspector may ask you to take the larger toy items to their proper places (if it needs to be assembled, you will need to assemble it there.) Everything else, such as shoes, books, small toys, etc. will be put out by our workers.

How are items sorted for pick up?
All clothing is sorted by number within it's size rack. Children's toys are sorted into the 100s on the toy tables. Books, shoes, and Adult/Home Decor items are not sorted but left in their categories/sizes.
